I have been super super sick for the past few days but couldn't stand looking at my chipped up navy nails. I decided to finally use the NYC (new york color) "Matte Me Crazy" top coat that I bought and left sitting on my nailpolish rack for months. I used it over a black base. For some color/design I used rainbow rhinestones on the accent nail. I added a second accent nail which is just zebra stripes using a black striper... The black on black matte looks really awesome!
